Fernie Search and Rescue is a committed group of volunteers who invest thousands of hours in training and operations each year. The team relies on donations from government, corporations and individual donors to maintain a state of readiness and to conduct life-saving operations. Without the generous support of these organizations and individuals, Fernie Search and Rescue would be unable to function.

All of our administration is also undertaken by volunteers, so 100% of any donation goes directly to supporting our search and rescue operations.

Fernie Search and Rescue is a charity, registered with Canada Revenue and can issue tax receipts for donations greater than $25.
